Sunny Sunday in Philadelphia

This is the third Sunday we've taken a photograph while waiting on the porch for Joanne & Grey. It's become 'a thing' - at least until the weather decides otherwise. It's so beautiful this time of year! It was cool enough for an extra layer in the morning but only until afternoon when the sun is warmer.

Tee is filling out his sock monkey hat! I might lose a few marbles when he grows out of it. This chic little outfit was a gift from his Auntie'mira. I'm not sure how she got things that fit him like a glove but they do and we love them! His pants have a cute name like Imps & Elfs or something like that. My coat is one that I picked out at H&M recently. I had a black pleather one that was lost and I loved it so much I wanted to replace it. I switched up the color because I thought neutral red was a little more cheerful. The rest of my cold weather outterwear was found secondhand.

Joanne brought us treats! Tarts! I LOVE WHEN SHE BAKES! It's like happy.

She also brought Tristan some extra books that she had! I love the titles she chose from her stash - Frog & Toad was one of my favorites; FOX! Bee & I <3 foxes; the crazy cat lady reminded her of me (even without cats I'm still the crazy cat lady!); Stay Away From the Junkyard is an applicable title - like Hey, Stay Away From Second Mile! and the other title contains the word "doll" and who doesn't like a doll?

Patterns of the skirts I picked out at Marshall's on our trip yesterday.

Cozy boot liners: brilliant, right??

...because I couldn't capture the cuteness of the gloves I found yesterday with words alone. The also had the style LeSportsac that I had as one of my first purses. It's so cutesy <3

...and this is how I had time to take a few extra photographs!

  1. Aw, I'm glad you like the books. I know the Elizabeti one is sorta random but I read it to my class every year and the boys love it too! Haha. And I totally dig the Stay Away from the Junkyard one too haha.

P.S. the jacket looked great. I think red was the right choice!
