On my way back from picking up my library books I stopped in at Radio Shack. I can't stand that store - it's slow, irritating, and over-priced, but their sale racks are often fun. 

Today there was a security stick. It's a flashlight with a whistle. It blinks or glows. It was $3. 

I live in a creepy neighborhood and try not to be out past dark. I chose pink because the blue might look like a cop light and frighten people. But...that was the point, right? Well not in my worn out brain. Instead I got pop-rock pink.

Now that I'm home and it's 12 hours later I can see clearly. I just bought a $3 rave for my purse.

Go me!

Good grief. Tee is going to LOVE this thing. I can't believe I just bought him a WHISTLE! What was I thinking?!!! Good thing he can't blow or even breathe through his mouth much at all.
