This afternoon Tee and I had an adventure in suburbia. I love the suburbs. It was lovely. Ruth had freshly baked bread, summer salad, and iced tea in goblets. The was an elderly pom-pom pup dancing around our feet. We sat on a screened porch and watched hummingbirds visit the feeders. Tristan was very well behaved, but when we got home he needed some hardcore snuggle time to make it through the booming thunderstorm!
Tonight wasn't sugarfree. Ruth sent us home with chocolate cream puffs! Aaaa I loved them dangerously. Served with a side of summer's latch batch of fresh strawberries.
Tomorrow we are off on our first mini-cation!
Next stop...a home where the woods & river cross paths :)
